How long does it take to get to the closing table with a financed deal?
Typically, a deal takes 30-45 days from the day an offer is fully signed to closing day. Some lenders can work quicker closing in under 30 days ! There are all types of lending programs, and some of these programs need to look more in-depth at files causing closings to take up to 60 days.
